link error with vc6 in debug mode with 2.7.1
when i link statically to dwgdirect in debug mode using vc6 i get the following error:
dd_root.lib(odgdalloc.obj) : fatal error lnk1202: "c:\so\win32\silver\debug\vc60.pdb" is missing debugging information for referencing module
