problem with dwf import bounds
most dwf files import just fine for us, but we have one customer file (which unfortunately i cannot post) that is cut off and we only get the lower left corner of the drawing. we are not doing anything special on import, just using the "normal" code. what might be causing us to get only the corner of the drawing? btw: the drawing displays just fine in adr and the "initial view" is of the center of the drawing, not the lower left (and contains about 3x as much of the drawing as we are getting).
maybe the dwf was created in inches, unit information was not saved with the file, and the file is imported into metric database?
perhaps you may send the file to support?
(or produce some non-confidential sample)

no, that was not the problem. i tried both settings for database units and neither worked.
i can extract the w2d file from the dwf and it imports just fine, so i assume it is something in the descriptor.xml that you are not processing correctly.
i have asked the customer if i can send the file to you. is there a way i can send it to you without posting it here?
