radial dimension with wrong dimension block
hi,
please open attached dwg file, made with dwgdirect 1.14.02. the dimension should be drawn with full dimension line from arc point to center point, and text position should be centered (as specified by dimtmove variable).

it was bug in dwgdirect 14.02. we have fixed it in current version.
fix will be available in next release.
