save as 2004dwg in dd2.0.3

hi !
i want to save to 2004dwg file from 2007dwg file.
i use dd 2.0.3 vc6.
i found "odconvert14" a sample folder.
but ,dsp file is not found in a projectfiles path.
is this so?
this said it as follows.
"this software may not be sold or included with other
commercial software products."
i do not intend to use it, but want to refer to it as it is.
do not you get dsp file ?
there is some dsp in the folder of the sample itself, isn't there?

there is not odconvert14.dsp in the following places.
examples\odconvert14\
projectfiles\win32\msvc6\examples\
there is not it in dd_nonlibs.zip either.
perhaps they did not get into the archive.
