hi,
i'm able to read rotation angle using oddbdimension::dimblockrotation() function. is there interface for setting this value?

where is no interface for setting this value. every modification made in dimension causes its block recomputing. after block is updated dimblock transform (position, scale, rotation) is set to identity.
autocad always produce dimensions with identity transform for block.
