unhandled exceptions
we're using bugsplat (
dd does nothing with unhandled exception filter.
dd uses c++ exceptions. some dd functions throw c++ exception (oderror or derived from it). these exceptions may be handed by dd internaly or not (in such case client code is supposed to handle them).
