five years ago, the structural industry was beat on for not designing buildings to resist aircraft collision, now i suspose that we'll be beat on for not designing our structures to resist the odd vehicle impact!

oh no - i'm sure you are wrong...i've seen that load case in asce 7 somewhere...i'll look it up as soon as i complete my analysis of a warehouse resisting that new meteorite impact loading.
