默认 cracks on brickwall

cracks on brickwall
a horizontal cracks (< 3mm opening) appeared on 70degree sloping brickwall. this 2m (approx) brickwall sits on rc apron around the main building and leans to brickwall of the main building (serve as architectural finishes only). my questions are:
1) are those cracks appeared because of the method of bricklaying (sloping)? or could it be caused from settlement of the apron? what other possibilities in your opinion are the causes of these cracks?
2) what is the best solution?
sounds to me the most likey cause is the slope of the wall. the wall should be designed to resist overturning due to its slope. is it possible to provide a vertical side on one side of the wall so that is section is trianglaur
