docs plank?
i can't seem to find any threads on docs plank. maybe the spelling? anyways.. i'm dealing with an existing 60's building that used this. does anyone have any literature? is its reinforcing post or pre tensioned? thanks for the hlep.

it sounds like you are asking about "doxplank", which is both a company, and a product.
i don't think prestressing or post-tensioning would really be an accurate description of what i know of as traditional "doxplank". these were built up from individual precast sections that were bonded together into a horizontal plank. standard rebar was grouted into voids in the section to provide longituidnal reinforcing. while the planks were "clamped" together during grouting, i don't know that one would say they were really pre-stressed.
it appears that doxplanks of northeastern pa developed a product called "econ plank" that is segmented like the doxplank, but is prestressed.
