foundation calculation with omega0 factor
hi all,
i'm new in the forum. i'm studying a 13 storeys building in a seismic zone 3 according to the ibc 2003. the building is irregular in vertical. i'd like to know if i had to take the load combinations containing omega0 factor (see 1605.4 in ibc2003) for the foundation calculation. many thanx for your help.
