i'm looking for a copy of this paper...
lacroix, y., esrig, m. i., and luscher, u. 1970 (jun). "design, con-struction, and performance of cellular cofferdams," "lateral stresses in the ground and earth retaining structures," journal, soil mechanics and foundation division, american society of civil engineers, specialty con-ference, cornell university, ithaca, new york, pp 271-328.
asce's online library only goes back to 1973. if someone has this paper i'd like to see it.
the paper is available from the linda hall library of engineering, science and technology which houses the collection of the engineering sciences library. their web site is:
