out-of-plane-walls
i would like to get references/links for design of out-of-plane-walls.
walls are subject to in-plane shear,moment, axial loads.

you first say "out of plane" then say "in plane". which are you asking?
material: concrete and masonry
forces are "in-plane".
can the wall buckle "out-of-plane" (like a column buckling)?.
