ram frame question
does anyone out there use ram frame for modeling cmu shearwalls? if so, what do you use for poisson's ratio when laying out the material properties?

i would use poisson's ratio = 0.2.
that's the default (and what i've been using). do you know of any literature that might back this up?
i've seen published values for concrete of 0.15 - 0.25. since a conrete masonry wall assembly is all concrete, mortar and grout, it's all basically concrete. 0.2 is still a good number, although i do not have specific backup. just google it and i'm sure you'll find some references.
