默认 random testing for anchor capacity

random testing for anchor capacity
is there an acceptance quality level, in percent, prescribed for mechanical or grouted anchors?
thanks
vod
5% fractile per aci appendix d, but that may be intended for lab settings, not field results. ask hilti or simpson.
yes, i had checked hilti, i noticed a sample spec from their website with regards to concrete anchors and i believe they specify a minimum of 10% (as 25% was in brackets). if one has a lot of anchors that equates to a lot of anchors to be tested.
i was hoping to find a statistical basis to reduce the number of tests with the same or better level of confidence and thus wish to use acceptance quality level used in six sigma.
to me, 10% infers that they do not have alot of confidence with the installation process.
the anchors i need to test are not hilti and thus i am looking for a code reference for guidance.

look in here and in aci 355.
thanks,
i looked at this document and it states the minimum sample size of 5 so it doesn't really help relate as a function of the total. i don't have aci 355.
i notice that nysdot specifies that all installed anchors for my situation (for a bridge railing system) must be tested, whereas minnesota state once used to do this in-house testing with a minimum of three.
so between hilti, ny and min states it appears all over the place.
regards
vod
