seeking software for dynamic analysis and design
to design a pedestal supporting a turbine generator, dynamic analysis must be performed. many civil engineering software, such as ansys and staad, can do this.
what i am looking for is the kind of software developed specifically to design foundations for dynamic equipment. the software would save time in modelling and design of the frame.
any information concerning the above would be much appreciated.
