seismic calcs on pipe bridge.

i am currently working on a pipe bridge that will support a 20" water line. total weight of combined system is 36kips.
i am working on the seimic part. i would like to know if i can use the asce-07 (chapter 15) and consider it as a nonbuilding structure.
from table 15.4-2 seimic coefficients for nonbuilding structures not similar to buildings.
response mod. factor = 1.25
overstrenght factor = 2
deflection amplification factor = 2.5
mapped spectral response accelaration: ss = 2.543 g
s1 = 0.866 g

spectral response coefficient: sds = 1.695 g
sd1 = 0.866 g
base shear : 61 kips ( asce-07 12.8-2)

that seems like a valid application to me. looks like your usiing the last item in the table "all other self supporting structures.... i don't see anything other item in the table that looks like it would apply, so this like the correct one.
