structural requirments - for semi trailer design
i have been asked to research the structural design requirements for designing a semi trailer. does anyone know where i might look:
dot standards?
sae design guides?
specifically loading criteria, safety factors, and testing requirements.

i think semi trailer design is handled by the manufacturers, who might have in house staffs do the design, or hire consultant. suggest to get in touch with semi trailer building companies for more info.
