editrebuild3 does not update block.
i have a block that contains a note linked to a custom property ($prp:"name"). using the api, i update the custom property and call editrebuild3. notes in the title block reflect the new custom properties, but the values in the block don't. i can manually rebuild (ctrl-b) and the block updates.
everything works when i use forcerebuild, but is there a performance hit by forcing a rebuild of everything when i don't need it? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
