3d matrix from text file
i decided to create a little tool that will create a 3d matrix assembly from data input of 0's and 1's. you can create a solidworks part to represent each element, and indivudually select each x,y and z size and gap.
it opens the selected element part. does not open new assembly.
by any chance i could refer to your code?
check in system options and default assembly template. if that is setup incorrectly that is why yours is failing

out of curiosity, has anyone created any funky models using this yet? i was thinking of making a tiny circular dot, and doing a huuuge grid based on a sin or cos equation or something?
