addin using vb express 2008
i've been using vb6 for yrs and thought of vb express for sw addin (just downloaded vb express 2008 and it looks great)
any suggestion how i should start?

2 cpu (8500) 3.16 ghz, 3.25 gb of ram

use the add-in template from the solidworks website.
that is a very general question. what kind of suggestions are you looking for?

is there anywhere i can find some basic instructions of how to create an addin in sw such as basic steps, how to register etc... with a simple add in like create an icon

i got the addinwizard in vb express 2008 but what now?
must i run the addin wizard projekt?
