clarification of how writefile behaves
i have written a function to save the drawing i have created out as dwg, dxf or binary dxf. the method is below. i just want to confirm a couple of assumptions i have made.
1. if i am saying a dwg, it will ignore the decimal places paramater (as dwg file is binary).
2. if i am saving a binary dxf, it will likewise ignore decimal places.
3. if i am saving as dxf, and the save preview is set to true, it will only add a preview if possible. i didn't think dxf could support an image preview since it is an ascii format.

it seems to work fine. i just wanted confirmation of how the writefile method behaves.

you are right. decimal precision makes sense only for ascii dxf.
and preview can be saved to all formats. (dxf can contain preview starting with r14)
