hi,
it seems to me that dwgdirect (1.14.02) has some problems with dimadec variable. please open attached file, there is an angular dimension with dimadec set to 3. dwgdirect rendered the measure as 25d 33' 15.92", but if you move the dimension the measure changes to 25d 33' 16".
note that autocad (2006) displays wrong information in properties windows in "angle precision" field.
