as for leader,
we can get the arrowhead block by oddbleader::dimldrblk(),
get the scalefactors of the arrowhead block by oddbleader::dimasz(),
get the insertion point of the arrowhead block by oddbleader::vertexat(0),
but how can we get the rotation angle of the arrowhead block?
or, we should calculate the rotation angle by ourselves?
