i had an attempt with it as well. the problem lies with not opendesign but microsoft: the wince versions are compiled by embedded visual c++ 4.0... but dwgdirect heavily relies on the rtti support and that is available only on the emulator and armv4 target platforms. actually i guess the other compilers can do the job too, but it requires a (quite small) library - and that is what is not available for the other targets.
when i asked their customer service about it they turned me down flat (well, they did it politely) saying that since evc++ is free they don't do any support for it.

so do you think we could compile it with vs 2005 for armv4i windows 5.0 since it include the rtti.
