cfe seismic design (mexico)
can anyone provide a source for an english language translation of the seismic provisions of mexico's cfe seismic design handbook? bookseller, website, links, etc..

in that cfe translates into the "federal electricity commission", maybe the bpa could give you a lead, or your local electrical utility. perhaps if they had a mexican national electrical engineer employee working there...?
or, your local mexican embassy might be able to give you a lead too.
i assume you have already tried all the tech resources in the well known bookstores.

thanks for your reply. i'm from manila, it's very difficult to find such title in here besides the demand for that handbook is not so great, i don't think businessmen will ever publish that here...thanks anyway...
sorry there is not any translation of the "manual de diseño de obras civiles - diseño por sismo" de la cfe mexico.

just to remember, be carefully with this code, the seismic codes are tooo high. this code was developed too fast, and is a good reference but take care with the results using the coeficients from this book, mainly if you are not in mexico.
