if it is a problem of foundations, it will be dearer to get it straight. it may not be, since you don't name cracks, and these use to appear with noticeable settlements causing problems.
were there soil problems, a geotechnical investigation would be required.
but if only sloppy construction, and there being a basement it looks you would be able to add to the present structure as to perform any leveling reform even with some weight increase, at some cost that only after having a proper solution one is able to know.

most likely anything can be fixed, especially in wood framed residential buildings. what is important (as ishvaag stated above) is to understand what has caused this irregularity in the floor and make sure it isn't a foundation issue.
all can be fixed, but at varying costs. if you are serious about the house, hire an engineer for an hour to provide a quick, initial observation as to what's going on.
