octtree 2 error
octtree 2 error
i have a number of dxf files which load fine in autocad 2000/2002 but when loading these files in autocad 2004 the minute the loading of the drawing is completed autocad 2004 gives an octtree 2 error and exits. i cannot find ny information what could this error. has anyone seen this problem before ??
octree error seems to be related to spatial index which may be stored in file.
maybe spatial index in file is invalid and causes autocad to crash.
or maybe it crashes due to a bug in ac2004 than it attempts to build the spatial index.
maybe treedepth or treemax system variables effecting spatial indexing have some invalid values which cause autocad to crash.
