what you are looking for is the boeing d-590 boeing-to-vendor list.

with relatively few exceptions, boeing is superseding all "obsolete" bac parts with "new-and-improved-bac parts"... and is likewise substituting [new/active] bac parts for an, nas, as, ms, etc parts...wherever possible [few exceptions].
what does this mean????
there is/are no such formal list(s) available to the general public. there are boeing proprietary documents for specific military programs that have substitute parts/materials/processes; and there are individuals who make their own "private lists" for special programs [like me - but don't bother asking].
