epicore vs precast joist (psi).... hello
my first post.... nice web site. guys (and gals) looking for cost info... $/sq ft
parameters: 6" epicore vs 8" psi joist with 3 1/2" slab...
any cost info would be greatful.... unfort. i don't have access to means and not sure they cover both systems.
ball park numbers are good enough.. i use both systems in designing 20-30k sq ft homes in south florida.

contact the contractor who built the last home you designed. ask him how much whichever system cost. that will get you better "real" numbers than any cost guide. it will also already be adjusted for the market you are in and quantity that you are using.
