the problem of dimension text centerd about the dimension line
i try generating the oddbradialdimension entity,i call the function setdimtad(1),but after recomputedimblock(),i find that dimension text centerd about the dimension line,what did i made wrong? thanks. i have attach the pictures.
btw,the function of setleaderlength() seems have no effect?

try check textrotation for this dimension. in case it is not zero text is placed in center dimension line. also there are other properteis which have affect to text position. so simple dwg or dxf file with such dimension will be appreciated.

the former mistake is the dimension text position is defined at the dimension line,so the text centerd about the dinmension line,but after i amend the text positon, i found a new ,worse problem,that the dimension line is crooked. i have no idea to modify the mistake.
i can only attach the changed file,my original file is my own file format，hope it can help you know my mistake.
btw,how and when settextattachment() and settextlinespacingstyle() wiil be effective?

it was bug in dwgdirect ( in recompute dimension ) but it was fixed in version 2.3.0 (the last release version is 2.6.1).

settextlinespacingstyle() may have affect in case text is multi line and defined how calculate space between lines (see mtext entity). settextattachment() defines attachment point (see also mtext).
