print pdf
are there any macro available to create adope pdf.
i doesnot want macro that will do the same by "save as" to pdf concept.
the reason behind both is the clarity when creating directly to adope pdf than thru save as pdf.

i'm not sure i understand your question. what is problematic about invoking the "save as..." function?
what do you mean by "...creating directly to adobe pdf" as opposed to "save as"?

i tried both the options of creating pdf.
but the pdf created thru
file->print-> pdf command has better clarity on the prints.
file ->saveas-> pdf
the views and the fonts looks bold rather dull in save as pdf.

you can use the batchprocess software it may help you

are there any other way i can get the macro apart from angelsix
i am not having the administrator previalages to install that batchprocess software.
