dwgdirect 1.08 rendering - screenpolyline is not called

dwgdirect 1.08 rendering - screenpolyline is not called
after migrating from version 1.07 to 1.08 of dwgdirect library, screenpolyline method of my simple view class is not called anymore, while draw function works fine.

there is a need to use polylinedc() & polygondc() instead of screenpolyline() & screenpolygon() in 1.08.
the 2d argument in both functions is a pointer to odgepoint3d not to odgepoint2d.
