do the open design libraries support the dwf format? if yes, does libraries are sufficient to create a control like volo view express?

oda libraries support export to and import from dwf format.
they're sufficient to create a control like voloview: you can import dwf file, and then render database that you got. but this way is probably not the best for creating tools like voloview.

our dwf related tools are based on autodesk dwf toolkit. for creating dwf viewers/editors it is more reasonable to use it directly.
