oddbselectionset trouble...
oddbselectionset trouble...
im using:
code:
oddbselectionsetptr pss=oddbselectionset::createobject(m_pdatabase);
odresbufptr pfilter = odresbuf::newrb(odresbuf::kdxfstart, "acdbpolyline");
pfilter->setnext(odresbuf::newrb(odresbuf::kdxflayoutname, m_pdatabase->findactivelayout(true)));
pss->crossingselect(pt1,pt2,pfilter);
int ients=pss->numentities();
a couple of questions arise:
1. is this the proper way to attempt this?
2. why doesn't it work?
3. can i call pss->crossingselect(pt1,pt2,null)?

can someone confirm that these functions on oddbselectionset remain unimplemented or non functioning?
boxselect
crossingselect
filteronlyselect
pointselect
windowselect
should i be able to use them?
i'd be cool with passing in a viewport if i could have a standard way of selecting... yes odgsview::select works but its a partial solution.
does it support:
crossing select
contained select
point select
has it been updated....? last i looked carefully at it was just a crossing select.
