problems loading a dwf file and using it to initializing a o
problems loading a dwf file and using it to initializing a oddbblocktablerecordptr
hello.
my problems is that a import a dwf file and i try to used like this
code:
oddbdatabaseptr pdb = svcs.createdatabase();
importer->properties()->putat( l"database", pdb );
pin_ptr<const wchar_t> wch = ptrtostringchars(inputfile);
importer->properties()->putat( l"dwfpath", odrxvariantvalue( odstring(wch) ) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"password", odrxvariantvalue( odstring::kempty ) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"paperwidth", odrxvariantvalue( 297. ) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"paperheight", odrxvariantvalue( 210. ) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"preservecolorindices", odrxvariantvalue(false) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"layoutnumber", odrxvariantvalue(odint32(-1)) );
importer->properties()->putat( l"importw3d", odrxvariantvalue(true) );
importer->import();
importer = 0;
oddbblocktablerecordptr pblock = pdb->getmodelspaceid().safeopenobject();
the thing is that if i write a dwg file every thing it's ok, but if i try to access to the objects in the pointer pdb and save them in a drawingbrush. all i get it a blank background on the window screen.
the code that i use to now what type of object is workin because i probed with dwg files
are there raster images in the file?
(there are conditions, when raster images will not be visible in unsaved file)
perhaps, you can reproduce the behaviour in our samples?
vladimir
in your examples everything is perfect.
i import the dwf file and i save it as a dwg.
i load the dwg file in your example and it's ok, then i load it with my code and nothig is loaded in the screen.
everything is loaded in the memory, but nothing is loaded in the screen.
in the code i identify the geometric figures and create lines or streamgeometrys and all of this is saved in a drawingcontext, and this context is saved in a drawinggroup.
the drawingroup is not empty because when i identify any geometric form i send a message to the console.
sometimes nothing is displayed in the screen, or some lines are displayed and in other occasions everything is fine.
code:
if(pent->iskindof(oddbellipse::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"ellipse en el layer: %ls \n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbcircle::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"circulo en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbtext::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"text en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbmtext::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"mtext en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbhatch::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"hatch en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbpolyline::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"polyline en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbarc::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"arc en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbsolid::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"solido en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else if(pent->iskindof(oddbline::desc()))
odprintconsolestring(l"linea en el layer: %ls\n",pent->layer().c_str());
else
odprintconsolestring(l"otro tipo de figura: %ls\n",pent->desc()->dxfname() );
with this code i identify the geometric forms and send the message to the console.
i use the same comparisons to create the streamgeometry objects and then save them in the drawinggroup
as a rule, all data from dwf gets imported into several bocks, that correspond to dwf viewports. there would be nothing but inserts in the modelspace in that case.
also, all dwf sheets may get imported to layouts (paperspaces) if there were no "modelspace" sheet in dwf.
vladimir
well this file have a lot of objects in the modelspace, and none of them is visible
attached files (37.1 kb, 2 views)
perhaps view extents are wrong?
vladimir
how can i verify the view extends??
if active layout is modelspace, look at active viewport properties.
code:
oddbviewporttableptr t = database()->getviewporttableid().safeopenobject();
oddbviewporttablerecordptr vp = t->getactiveviewportid().safeopenobject();
vladimir
i found that some of the dwf files are displayed in a very small scale and others in a very big scale.
how can i set a standar scale to display them??
