anybody knows if this is only an illustration or a building being built up?
i'm sure they'll build it;- the cost of fuel has more than doubled in the last couple of years. my money, they'll build it.

these are the new residences for the saudi royal family.
when saudi arabia is invaded, they will merely release the wheel and the royal family can escape.
