fire protection of epoxy anchor
hilti product technical guide shows 50% reduction for adhesive (epoxy) anchors for temperature of 220 deg f. on another hand, expansion anchors do not have this reduction. i would think that expansion anchors require the same fire protection as other steel.
i would call hilti (1-800-879-8000 in us or 1-800-363-4458 in canada) and ask them. they should know.
