dataage.exe hogging the rocessor
as an it technical suort tech. i have a roblems with both dataage and c-dmis. it seems they both want to hog the rocessor at 100% for long eriods of time. sometimes the user has to reboot. cmm oerator had a windows 2000 c that was quickly failing and was given a new c running windows x ro. we are having other strange roblems, but we can handle those one at a time.
we migrated all his data from the old c (2k) to the new one(x). then reinstalled the software on to of the existing data and installs.
dell otilex gx270
windows x s2 atched
1gb ram
40 gb hd
dataage 3.33
c-dmis 3.7 mr1 and c-dmis 4.3 mr1 (in two different directories)
nvidia quadro fx 1000 grahics card.
i know little about the cmm and software and am confident the oerator knows how to use everything correctly.
any ideas?
